The house is located near San Agustín on the west side of Ibiza Island, 5 minutes drive from San Jose, 15 to Ibiza and Ibiza city. San Jose beaches, including Es Torrent, Es Xarcu and Cala Jondal can be reached within 15 minutes. Beautiful surroundings, ideal for people who love walking trails, bike trails, this area is protected area.
Can Marco is designed with pure luxury and comfort in mind. The house offers both intimacy and privacy due to the variety of well-appointed rooms and spacious common areas scattered throughout the house and grounds. A state of the art security system with motion sensor alarm and CCTV are there for your well-being and peace of mind. Secure Wi-Fi available throughout the property. All six bedrooms are connected to a central air conditioning system. The garage, next to the main entrance, leads to a large storage room with washer and dryer.
The living and dining room offer spectacular views of the surrounding hills with olive and almond trees, and beautiful views of the harbor and the Mediterranean Sea. The living room is a large rectangular room, overlooking 3 sides, a private balcony and the external access to the pool deck and gardens downstairs. It is furnished with an 8-meter L-shaped sofa by Capellini, fireplace, 42 inch plasma TV, with Sky TV, DVD player, built in iPod compatible audio system with four DAS integrated speakers.
The dining room, with a Poliform design dining area, leads to a covered outdoor patio with two armchairs perfect for relaxing reading a book or enjoying sunset cocktails. The other side leads to a stainless steel kitchen, which is equipped with an industrial restaurant and high-quality equipment.

Master bedroom with en-suite slate bathroom with a concrete bath and a two-person rain shower which opens onto a private wrap around terrace with fantastic views of the surrounding hills and harbor. It also includes a Hang-42 in plasma TV (Sky TV) and a DVD player.
Bedroom 2 with private terrace has a large window overlooking the harbor.

There are a total of 2600 square meters of landscaped gardens. There is a romantic hammock hidden under 2 beautiful pine trees and chill out zone.
The top garden is designed as a fruit orchard with 5 different types of oranges, lemon, lime, pomegranate, almond, olive and apricot trees that guests are welcome to pick up when they are ripe.
The outdoor dining and seating area adjoins the gardens and overlooks the pool and the lower grounds. The central point is a 3.5 meter long dining table. The room features a built-in double BBQ and has access to both the upper gardens and the pool deck
THE SWIMMING POOL:
The 12 m heated swimming pool at 4.5 m is the social center of the house. The beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean Sea beyond and offers spectacular sunset. The pool deck is furnished with sun loungers and day beds for 12+ guests. It has access to the dining area in the open air, and lower gardens. The pool deck has a separate sound system with 4 integrated Bose weatherproof loudspeakers for club sound quality. Also accessible from the pool is a changing room / bathroom with shower.
